The Entrepreneur Work Visa closed to new applications and the Business Investor Work Visa opened on 24 November 2025. It offers a NZD 1 million standard pathway or NZD 2 million fast-track pathway for experienced business people who buy and actively run an established New Zealand business, with NZD 500,000 reserve funds and residence options.
