National Living Wage rises to GBP12.71

From 1 April 2026 the National Living Wage for workers aged 21 and over is GBP12.71 per hour. The 18-to-20 rate is GBP10.85, and the under-18 and apprentice rate is GBP8.00. Immigration salary rules are separate and usually require materially higher annual pay.
