TTPS remains a three-category, job-offer-free talent route

Category A requires annual income of at least HK$2.5 million in the preceding year and normally grants 36 months. Categories B and C use the current aggregate list of eligible universities and normally grant 24 months; B requires at least three years of post-graduation work experience in the preceding five years, while C is for recent graduates with less experience and is quota-limited. Entry applications normally take four weeks after a complete filing and payment.
