Golden Residency is sponsor-free and renewable while conditions continue, but duration and evidence vary by category. Public-investment applicants generally receive ten years and real-estate investors five; entrepreneur, executive, scientist, creative, student and other tracks each have separate approval, investment, salary, project or achievement tests.
