Colombia accedes to the MERCOSUR Residence Agreement

MERCOSUR Decision CMC 20/2012 approved Colombia's accession to the 2002 Residence Agreement on 29 June 2012. Brazil's current Federal Police forms continue to list Colombian nationals among those eligible to apply under the MERCOSUR residence route. The former record incorrectly dated Colombia's accession to October 2023.
