Residence applicants must evidence conversion of foreign-currency fees

Prime Ministerial Decision 3326/2023 requires residence applicants to submit a receipt showing that the relevant fees or fines were converted from US dollars or another freely convertible currency into Egyptian pounds through an authorised bank or exchange company. The decision also contained a temporary three-month regularisation window that is no longer open.
