From 1 August 2026 the Department of State realigned routine immigrant and nonimmigrant visa services from a stated group of African posts to designated regional hubs. Applicants must use the hub assigned for their nationality or residence and should check the current table before paying or booking. The operational move does not displace separate entry suspensions, visa-bond rules or nationality-specific processing pauses.
