The Department of Labor proposed revising the four OEWS prevailing-wage levels used for H-1B, H-1B1, E-3 and PERM processes to approximately the 34th, 52nd, 70th and 88th percentiles. This is a notice of proposed rulemaking, not a current wage floor. Existing wage rules continue unless and until DOL publishes and brings a final rule into force.
