The 2024 USCIS fee rule increased the electronic H-1B registration fee from USD10 to USD215. USCIS kept the USD10 fee for the March 2024 registration period and applied USD215 from the March 2025 period. This registration charge is separate from petition filing fees and the later USD100,000 payment condition for covered post-September-2025 petitions.
