Department of State guidance lists full suspensions for 19 countries, partial suspensions for 19 countries, a narrower immigrant-visa suspension for Turkmenistan, and restrictions for users of Palestinian Authority travel documents, subject to stated exceptions. Visas valid at the effective time were not revoked under the proclamation.
